Our packaging differs to accommodate various item sizes, but we generally use a classic black jewelry box. The packaging may also reflect the brand if you purchase a branded item. We ship the item to your recipient in nondescript packaging for security.

The recipient must show proof of purchase, such as a gift receipt, packing slip, or original receipt. If they don't have any of those options, they can visit in-store with the purchaser, who can present an ID to start the return or exchange.

Recipients and purchasers can bring jewelry into the store to be re-sized. The cost depends on the item type, metal, sizing difference, and amount of work required. Please visit your local store, where our Jewelry Expert will be happy to help.

Gifts must be returned or exchanged in-store if you purchased in-store. Bring in the gift and the receipt, and an associate will be happy to help. Online purchases can be returned through the mail if you have the billing ZIP code and order number. You can start the return process online and use the pre-paid label to mail the gift back to us. Your secret's safe with us! We'll email your lucky recipient telling them a gift's on the way, without including info about contents or price. Your recipient can also choose SMS order tracking notifications, which indicate only where the package is in the delivery process.

Yes. Both purchasers and recipients can return or exchange gifts. Refunds will be credited to the payment form used at the time of purchase. The recipient may return items within 30 days of purchase (or shipment date, if purchased online) if they have a gift receipt. They can exchange jewelry in-store within 60 days (watches 30 days) of the purchase or shipment date. See our  Returns & Exchanges Policy for more details and exclusions.

We believe in gifting etiquette! When you mark your order as a gift, we won't display any pricing information in the gift receipt.
